Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds
6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 reps death by dumbbell/kettlebell goblet squat + no jump burpees
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
20 empty bar hang muscle clean (split as desired)
12 box jumps (synchronized)
20 hand release push ups (split as desired)
12 /12 alternating one leg v-ups (synchronized)
